Today will feature continued quiet weather across the US as Canadian high pressure dominates the East and a lack of moisture limits precipitation potential in much of the West.

The ECMWF forecast for this afternoon’s weather shows very little to talk about. The Pacific Northwest will be on the fringes of an offshore storm, but rain/snow showers in that region are not expected to cause any major problems. Aside from some scattered showers in the middle of the country, the vast majority of the country will enjoy dry weather today.
