Today’s forecast discussion will be focused on the Tuesday-Friday period, and will come in two parts. The first will discuss the forecast for the nation generally, while the second will focus on regionally impactful weather in the western part of the country. A more thorough discussion of the late week/weekend severe storm setup in the Plains will come later in the week.
